Join us on Labor Day as No Excuses CrossFit tackles The Hardest Mile.

What’s the Hardest mile?

Quarter mile of burpee broad jump

Quarter mile of lunges

Quarter mile of bear crawls

Quarter mile run

We will perform this workout on the turf field at EE Robinson Park (2 miles from the gym) on Monday, September 2 at 9am. 

This workout will be held in place of class at No Excuses CrossFit and will count towards your Committed Club total. To register, go to this link and sign up or see a coach.
