No Excuses CrossFit Fall Events

Mark your calendar for the following events. We hope you will join us for some gym fellowship!

Thursday, Nov. 28 – Thanksgiving
The gym will be open from 9-11 a.m. Coach Christopher Crowder is going to have a buffet of WODs for members to choose from during class time. Please show up at the gym at 9 or 10 a.m. to WOD. The gym will be closed the remainder of the day.

Saturday, Nov. 23 – No Excuses CrossFit Thanksgiving
We’re having a potluck lunch at the gym at 12 p.m. A sign-up sheet will be posted at the gym, so we don’t have people bringing the same thing. (It doesn’t have to be Paleo.)
We will still have classes in the morning, but the potluck will be at noon.

Saturday, Dec. 7 – Birthday Bash 5
No Excuses CrossFit turns 5 years old next month! We’re going to celebrate with a party WOD. Coach Ben will give a brief speech, we will WOD and then have a potluck lunch afterwards.
Members are encouraged to bring a friend, family member or co-worker to come try CrossFit.
The WOD will be a team WOD and something any skill level can complete.
