How did you first discover CrossFit and what made you decide to start?: I drove by the “no excuses” sign and thought, “I’ll give it a try.”

What sorts of positive changes (mental, physical, emotional) have you noticed in your life since getting involved at No Excuses?: Greater tenacity and mental strength
Who or what keeps you coming back and motivated?: My kiddos and looking great naked.
In what other ways do you use your fitness?: I am a type 1 diabetic, I use fitness to maintain my health.
