This week’s Sunday Shoutout goes to James from the 12:30pm class.
James has been training with us for a year and a half and has made great progress with strength and skills. His numbers have gone up on things like his back squat and he’s starting to put together new skills like toes to bar. He’s now able to string multiple toes to bar together and can do them in workouts.
James has a big goal of completing 200 workouts at No Excuses CrossFit this year. We’re looking forward to helping him reach that goal!
