Three strategies to help you be consistent

Most folks have a consistent Monday through Thursday routine. It makes it easy to stick with better habits. The weekends tend to be a different story. Sound like you? There are some strategies that can help break this cycle.

  1. Be Prepared. If you know you have a crazy weekend coming up. Take a few minutes and plan for it.
  2. Try to still squeeze in your own movement. Even if it’s just a 20 minute power walk.
  3. Don’t aim to be perfect. Just try to do better.
