How long have you been doing CrossFit?: August 2019

How did you first discover CrossFit and what made you decide to start?

Friend of mine has been doing it and thought I would enjoy it. I am always up for a new challenge, so I joined.

Tell us about your fitness/sports background: Triathlete

What sorts of positive changes (mental, physical, emotional) have you noticed in your life since getting involved at No Excuses?: Getting my running form back, learning even more humility, and learning how much further I can push myself and knock down my mental barriers

Who or what keeps you coming back and motivated?: Staying healthy and fit to set an example for my family and friends

In what other ways do you use your fitness?: Having more energy than everyone at work so I can work harder than anyone.

Tell us about your hobbies and interests outside of the gym: Riding motorcycles, fishing, cooking, and really any activity outdoors with family and friends

 
What advice do you have for someone just starting CrossFit or is on the fence about starting? Never stop moving and have fun. Don’t be worried about what you can’t do, just jump and let your wings grow on the way down

What do you love most about No Excuses?: The family type of competitiveness it has
