We know you guys love No Excuses CrossFit and we want y’all to share that love with your spouse.
Bring your husband or wife to No Excuses CrossFit on Friday, February 14 for a special Valentine’s Day workout.
During all nine of our class times, you are welcome to bring your spouse and let them try a workout with you.
Think of it as a cheap Valentine’s date, an opportunity for your spouse to see what you’re always talking about, and a chance to spend some quality workout time with your loved one.
Please have your spouse go to this link to create a profile in our system and sign the waiver before February 14.
If you don’t have a spouse (or one that wants to come to No Excuses), don’t worry! We still want you to come to the gym and enjoy the fun workout we have planned for the day.
