“Gymnastics Gone Wrong”

For time:
– 20 Ring Dips
– 30 Pull Ups
– 40 Sit ups
– 50 Burpees
– 40 Sit ups
– 30 Pull Ups
– 20 ring dips

Rx’d:  wear a Titin Shirt if you have one.  If you don’t have one you should get one!  It WILL improve your fitness.

Intermediate: band for PU’s, use bar for dips

Scaled: bands or ring rows, use box for dips.
