‘In Sync’
In teams of 3 or 4
3 rounds for time:
12 unison Burpees
25 unison Squats
400meter run all holding a chain

Unison Burpee= all team members have to have their chest and hips touching the ground together and their jump and clap at the top of the Burpees has to be together.

Unison Squat= all team members must have their squat below parallel at the same time and also stand to full hip extension at the same time.
