11 Days till the Halloween WOD!  Do you know what you are going to be yet?! We aren’t going to say that a costume is REQUIRED, but if you don’t wear a costume you will pay the price!  And nope, you can’t dress up as a CrossFitter.

Here’s how it works: Teams of 4.  20 minute AMRAP.  You cannot start until the person ahead of you is finished with that movement (one person per station at a time).  1 Round = each person on the team getting through all 100 reps.  Continue to cycle through until 20 minutes is expired.

20 Deadlifts (315/205)
30 Box Jumps (30/24)
20 Toes-to-Bar
30 burpees (jump onto 2-45lb plates stacked/1-45lb plate)

Scaled: 15 minute AMRAP
Deadlifts at 185/105
Box Jumps at 24/20
Knees to Chest

Beginner: 15 minute AMRAP
Deadlifts at 135/75
Box Jumps at 20/16 (step-ups allowed)
Knees to Waist level
