Riley Lundin tackled her first year of the CrossFit Open with tenacity. The 14-year-old was able to complete all five workouts Rx in the Teens division, which included getting her first pull up and handstand push up. It was a great five-week performance for her CrossFit Open debut.
Riley has a lot of potential and it’s exciting to see where she will be in her CrossFit career this time next year.
