Deadlift x 6-8 reps @ 3011
Rest 45 seconds
Side Planks (wtd w/DB hold on side) x 30-45 seconds each side
Rest 45 seconds

+

Perform 3 Power Cleans on the minute for 10 minutes.
*At the top of every minute perform 3 Power Cleans.
*Use around 70-80% of 1 RM
