Odd: 6 Squat Cleans (135,95)*
Even: 8 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups**

*Scale: Work power clean + front squat if you struggle with squat cleans. Use a weight that will allow you to do that. Let’s work through that entire range of motion (ROM).

**Use bands to get your chest to the bar – once again, ROM.
