If so, the 2017 Summer Nutrition Shake-up is for you!

The shake-up kicks off on Thursday, July 6^th at 5:00 pm (that’s right, you’ll still be able to enjoy the Fourth of July weekend). There are only 6 spots available, intentionally creating a small group to embark on this journey together.

During the kick-off meeting, we’ll develop a personalized nutrition plan/template. Each week, we’ll meet on Thursdays to track your progress, answer any questions you may have, and tweak your template as necessary. The weekly small-group meetings provide an additional

level of accountability ensuring your success all summer long!

Will you lose some weight? Probably. Will you improve your performance in the gym? Absolutely. Will you look better? Without a doubt.

The shake-up will last for 8 weeks, concluding on August, 31^st (just in time for Labor Day)!

The cost to participate is $150…but if you complete the challenge, you’ll receive a $50 credit at the gym as our gift to you.
