HYROX PFT Workout
- 1,000m run
- 50 burpees to plate
- 100 stationary lunges
- 1,000m ski or row
- 30 hand release pushups
- 100 wall walls
Finisher Standards
🥇 Gold Finisher
- < 45 years old: Sub 22 min
- > 45 years old: Sub 24 min
🥈 Silver Finisher
- < 45 years old: Sub 26 min
- > 45 years old: Sub 28 min
🥉 Bronze Finisher
- < 45 years old: Sub 26 min
- > 45 years old: Sub 28 min
