How long have you been doing CrossFit? (Since Month, Year) 2014
How did you first discover CrossFit and what made you decide to start?
“My husband introduced me to CrossFit because he offered to watch the kids so I could have some ‘me time’ after having two children. I knew nothing about CrossFit at first, but after a few workouts I got hooked. I love the sense of achievement after each session.”
Tell us about your fitness/sports background:
“I have never been good or doing any fitness/sport before CrossFit.”
What sorts of positive changes (mental, physical, emotional) have you noticed in your life since getting involved at No Excuses?
“I am grateful to have a place where I can grow stronger—mentally, physically, and emotionally—every morning, surrounded by an amazing community and great coaches.”
Who or what keeps you coming back and motivated?
“My coach Christine and Ms. Robin inspire me so much. Ms. Robin is an amazing member whose strength and spirit at her age keep me motivated every time I work out with her.”
In what other ways do you use your fitness?
“Fitness keeps me strong in everyday life physically, mentally and emotionally. It also such a stress relief for me.”

“I hope that one day I can walk the Camino de Santiago. It is also one of the goal keep me motivated to do CrossFit.”

“Cooking, reading, church.”

“Take it easy to start with because it is a life long commitment.”
