Establish a routine. It’s much easier to stay on track when it’s part of your normal daily routine. Sometimes that starts with writing it on a calendar.
Nourish your body with whole foods and occasional treats that you enjoy.
Stay hydrated. Keeping hydrated is not only good for reducing headaches and stress, but also keeps you from snacking endlessly sometimes.
Sleep 7-9 hours. I know this might not be in the cards for some of the mamas out there, but focus on getting as many nights of quality sleep that you can.
Self care. This can look like a massage, walk in the woods, or even just some quiet time to read. Do things each week that recharge your battery.
Physical activity. Aim for 30 minutes of daily movement each day, whether it’s a class, personal training session, walk outdoors, yoga, pilates, or run.
