How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Well I started back when I was a senior in high school but then stopped for a while…. so most recently started January 2019.
How did you first discover CrossFit and what made you decide to start?
My sister told me about it cause her friend Liz Echols used to be a coach here.

Swimming and football
What sorts of positive changes (mental, physical, emotional) have you noticed in your life since getting involved at No Excuses?
I sleep better now that I workout more often.
Who or what keeps you coming back and motivated?
The people and Roman.
In what other ways do you use your fitness?
walking, running, hiking, fishing, biking, jumping…… whatever the day may hold

Spending time with my wife and friends. Also, I like to play video games when I get the chance.
What advice do you have for someone just starting CrossFit or is on the fence about starting?
The hardest part is showing up. Once you are there everyone in the class with you and the coaches keep you motivated and make sure you are working hard and challenging yourself to get better.
