How did you first discover CrossFit and what made you decide to start?
Mom and dad brought me to CrossFit. I did a few workouts and enjoyed it, so I decided to join.

I swam for Swim Atlanta for about 3 years.
What sorts of positive changes (mental, physical, emotional) have you noticed in your life since getting involved at No Excuses?
I grew stronger and can lift more weight.
Who or what keeps you coming back and motivated?
The hard workouts and the people.
In what other ways do you use your fitness?
Lifting heavy objects such as boxes safely.

Keep moving through those tough workouts, don’t get discouraged, or hurt, and come back the next day.
What do you love most about No Excuses?
The workouts are tough but fun, the coaches are helpful, and the people are friendly.
