Coach Brandon’s Take:
“It took a while for Orlando to finally drink the CrossFit Kool-aid, but he finally did in the summer of 2015 and he has made tremendous strides in the last eight months. Orlando always has a smile on his face and comes to the gym ready to work. His willingness to listen and accept coaching advice has been a big part of his improvement. He’s also very competitive, so don’t let his friendly demeanor fool you because he’s trying to beat you in the WOD.”
