INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound organic chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried ginger
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine garlic, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl then add chicken
- Pour all chicken and sauce into crockpot and cook on low for 5 hours
- Add broccoli and cook for an additional hour
- Serve over brown rice (count brown rice separately from nutrition facts of this recipe)
