Hood Games

We’re excited to have Amy Hood represent No Excuses CrossFit at the WheelWOD Games this summer in Toronto! However, she needs some financial help to get there. The Hood Games is a fundraiser for Amy Hood to compete in the WheelWOD Games. Your participation in this fun-filled competition will help her with travel costs. 

If you don’t want to participate in the Hood Games, but still would like to help Amy you have a couple of options. You can buy a Hood Games shirt or tank top or you can make a donation.

Cost: $25 per person

Format: One Division, Teams of 4

10 minute time cap

One person working at a time.

20 calorie seated row

20 seated wall balls

10-minute AMRAP

100 seated battle ropes

100 seated KB SDHP

100 seated shoulder press (75/55)

100 box dips
