On the runway
Each team gets 4-45#, 2-25#, 4-15#, 2-rubber 10#, 2-medal 10#, 4-5#, 4-2.5# (360# total, not including weight of barbell)

• Team of 4 males
Each person must complete a lift, top two male lifters will have their weight multiplied by .65 and added to the rest of the team.
For example:
Nate 250x.65=162.5
DT 225x.65=146.5
Murph 185
Randy 180
Total = 674

• Team of 1 male, 3 females
Each person must complete a lift. the lowest two female weight will receive a 1.5 multiplier.
For example:
Nate 250
Cindy 135
Fran – 115×1.5=172.5
Jackie – 105×1.5=157.5
Total – 715

• Team of 2 males, 2 females
Each person must complete a lift. No multiplier for anyone.

• Team of 3 males, 1 female
Each person must complete a lift. The highest male lift will have a .65 multiplier.
For example:
Nate 250x.65=162.5
