We’re now an official HYROX Training Club—and we can’t wait to introduce it to you.
If you haven’t heard of HYROX yet, you will soon. It’s booming in popularity around the world, combining functional fitness with endurance in a race-style format that’s both challenging and wildly fun.
What Is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that blends 8 x 1 km runs with 8 functional workout stations like:
- SkiErg
- Sled Push
- Sled Pull
- Burpee Broad Jumps
- Rowing
- Farmer’s Carries
- Sandbag Lunges
- Wall Balls
The workout is consistent every time, so you can track progress, train specifically, and even compete locally or internationally if you’d like.
How HYROX Compares to CrossFit
CrossFit and HYROX share the same roots: functional fitness, community, and hard work.

- Current Members: HYROX classes are now included in your membership! Join us on Thursdays and Saturdays.
- New Members: Want HYROX-only access? Join for $130/month, and attend just the Thursday & Saturday classes.
