No Excuses CrossFit is hosting a food drive for North Gwinnett Co-Op from Oct. 7-14.
We will be collecting food for the North Gwinnett Co-Op to help them stock their shelves for needy families this Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our goal is to collect one ton as a gym! That’s approximately 10 pounds a member. You can also make a financial contribution if you prefer. Here’s more info about North Gwinnett Co-Op.

The food needed for Thanksgiving/Christmas are as follows:
Boxed Potato
Boxed Stuffing
Gravy
Cranberry Sauce
Canned Yams
Marshmallows
Boxed Desserts/jello
Cream of Mushroom Soup/Broths
Corn, Green Beans and other veggies
Corn Bread/Muffin Mix
Crackers
Canned Fruit
Puddings and Pie Fillings
