Join Us for the Rowvember Challenge at No Excuses CrossFit!
It’s time to grab those rowing handles and dive into a brand-new challenge this month. Welcome to The Rowvember Challenge at No Excuses CrossFit, where you’ll row your way to 50,000 meters by the end of November!
How Does It Work? From November 1st to November 30th, we’re inviting members to hit a total of 50,000 meters on the rower. You can row in whichever way fits your schedule best:
- Row before class, as part of your workout, or even stay a few minutes after.
- Each time you complete 2,500 meters, place a star next to your name on our Rowvember chart at the gym.
Our goal for you is to build consistency over the month. Instead of rowing huge distances at once, aim to log meters several times a week. Here’s an easy guide to break it down:
- Row 2,500 meters over 20 days.
- Or row 3,125 meters for 16 days.
- Or try 4,167 meters for 12 days.
No matter how you do it, this challenge is here to keep you rowing and motivated all month long!
What Do You Win? When you reach that 50,000-meter milestone, you’ll receive an exclusive Rowvember badge to celebrate your hard work! It’s a great way to push your endurance, stay accountable, and have some fun with fellow members.
