It’s that time of year again! The Rowvember Challenge is back at No Excuses CrossFit in Suwanee, GA — and this year, we’re making every meter matter for our community.
From Saturday, November 1 through Sunday, November 30, your mission is to row 50,000 meters during the month of November. But this time, your effort on the rower will go beyond fitness — it will help local families in need right here in Gwinnett County.
How to Join the Rowvember Challenge
Participating is simple!
- Bring in 10 canned goods to the gym to enter the challenge.
- All donations will go directly to the North Gwinnett Co-Op, which supports families in our community with food and essential resources.
- Once you’ve donated, start rowing!
- Your goal is to reach 50,000 meters by November 30.
- You can row before class, after class, or during workouts that include rowing — it all counts!
- Track your progress on the Rowvember chart at the gym.
- Each time you row, log your meters and watch your total climb toward that 50,000 mark!
