Each year at the CrossFit Games, they honor someone with the Spirit of the Games award. This honor goes to the ‘athlete who embodies the spirit of the sport.’

Martha Raber finished her first Friday Night Throwdown in grand fashion. The CrossFit Open rookie crushed the final workout with a blistering time of 13:57, for second-best score in the gym for the scaled division.

“She’s come a long way in just a year of CrossFit and her performance in 19.5 should springboard her into her second year of CrossFit,” No Excuses CrossFit coach Chris Fischer said.
