Each year at the CrossFit Games, they honor someone with the Spirit of the Games award. This honor goes to the ‘athlete who embodies the spirit of the sport.’

Ashley Dunoff made her Saturday Morning Showdown debut a memorable one with an impressive score in Open 20.1. Ashley has been at No Excuses CrossFit for less than four months, but she blew threw the snatches and bar facing burpees. She was five reps away from completing the workout under the time cap. 

“She had miles and miles of heart, was receptive to coaching, and because of that she did very well,” No Excuses coach Michael Blair said.
