How long have you been doing CrossFit?

How did you first discover CrossFit and what made you decide to start?

My wife’s uncle introduced me, and I was attracted to the structure and discipline of the coach-assisted WOD.

 

Tell us about your fitness/sports background:

Surfed as a kid, played football and soccer. Still play soccer to this day.

 

What sorts of positive changes (mental, physical, emotional) have you noticed in your life since getting involved at No Excuses?

Certainly, physical changes as I hadn’t worked out in years. Still a way to go.

 

Who or what keeps you coming back and motivated?

I enjoy the unique challenge each WOD presents.

 

In what other ways do you use your fitness?

My strength and stamina on the soccer field are much, much better now.

Though aware of his strengths, Pete is also very aware of his weaknesses, and is constantly making a push to improve his technique. I’ve gotten to see Pete improve by leaps and bounds, over the last several months, but that has never halted his progress or his continuous push to improve!
