Today we are testing out a new workout. This is a Fight Gone Bad style workout, meaning 5 minutes of work with one minute of rest, repeated for three rounds. If you’ve done FGB, you will have the opportunity to compare and let us know if it was Fight Gone Worse. Let us know what you think! Y’all are the guinea pigs! 😉
