Okay, I am particularly really excited about today’s WOD.  This is one area we can all improve upon as athletes aka human beings.  🙂 The mobilization of our joints is crucial for high performance in any activity that you find yourself doing, especially CrossFit and other sports.  Here is my goal for all of us here at No Excuses CrossFit:  Do 1 MWOD (MobilityWOD.com) every day for 1 whole year.  Who is with me!?  I encourage us to get this on the vision board and get on this stuff daily.  Lets start today! – Coach Ben Davis.
