At No Excuses CrossFit, we’ve officially become a HYROX Training Club, which means you now have full access to expert-led HYROX prep—whether you’re looking to crush your first race or PR your next one.

Let’s break down exactly how to train, what you’ll get in our HYROX classes, and how this all works alongside your CrossFit training.


What Does a HYROX Race Actually Include?

HYROX is an 8K race broken into 1K runs between eight functional fitness stations:

  1. 1,000m Ski Erg
  2. 50m Sled Push
  3. 50m Sled Pull
  4. 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
  5. 1,000m Row
  6. 200m Farmers Carry
  7. 100m Sandbag Lunges
  8. 75 or 100 Wall Balls (based on division)

It’s a grind, but it’s fun. And it rewards the hybrid athlete—someone who’s both strong and conditioned.


How to Train for HYROX at Our Gym

You don’t need to figure it out alone. Our programming takes the guesswork out of HYROX training. Here’s what to expect:

✅ Saturday: Full HYROX Simulation or Partner Workouts

💡 BONUS: Already doing CrossFit during the week? Perfect. It lays the foundation—power, coordination, and capacity. Our HYROX classes add targeted endurance and station-specific training.

If you’re already a No Excuses CrossFit member, you’re set! HYROX classes are included in your membership.

New to the gym? We offer a HYROX-Only Membership for $130/month, which includes Thursday and Saturday classes. Perfect for runners, endurance athletes, or anyone who wants to test themselves in a new way.
