This FRIDAY: No Excuses Presents: Dinner and a Movie Please join us Friday March 1st at 7 pm for a paleo potluck and a family friendly flick! Sign up next to the chalkboard with the number of people attending and what kind of paleo goodness you are bringing to share! This will be a great chance for us to fellowship and enjoy some great food as a gym family!

THIS SATURDAY morning at 10 am: North Georgia CrossFit League Competition! Free event! 3 partner WODs. A bunch of people from No Excuses are competing! Join in on the fun!

Power Clean + Squat Clean

2. OTM x 10
Odd – 5 Hang Squat Clean
Even – 15 Box Jumps, 30/24 – games standards.
