Two NEA Teams Win At North Georgia Affiliate League

HOSCHTON — No Excuses CrossFit had a pair of teams win their division at the North Georgia Affiliate League on Saturday.
Chris Mount and Chris Fischer took first place in the Rx male division, while Laura Moore and Blake Mattison were winners in the mixed Rx division.
The event featured 88 competitors, including 14 from No Excuses, in six different divisions at CrossFit Pure.
Chris Fischer and Chris Mount scored 1,450 points to beat the runner-up team of Ben Davis and Scot Poore, who had 1,396 points.
Laura and Blake scored 1,240 points to take the mixed Rx title, which was 88 points ahead of the second-place finisher.
Stephanie Kingery and Kim Barb competed in the women’s Rx. Sean and Stephanie Poore were in the mixed scaled along Jeremy Edmondson and Julia Debreceni in the same division.
Roman Berkhan competed in the men’s Rx and Justine Parker participated in the women’s scaled.
The next North Georgia Affiliate League will be held in April and hosted by No Excuses CrossFit. The competition is free.
