Need a goal to work towards?

We’re five weeks away from the Hugo Open, our annual in-house competition, at No Excuses CrossFit. 

This one-day event is a great opportunity for people to put something on their calendar and train for it. 

That could mean coming to the gym more often to workout, dialing in nutrition, focusing on sleep, learning a new movement or skill. 

Whatever it is, you have a five-week sprint to make it happen. 

Then on Saturday, August 24 it’s your time to shine!
