We’re on the downhill side of the week! Great job everyone on the gymnastics work yesterday. The “OTM” training is a great strategy to improve a skill or a “goat”. An idea: Come a little early or stay a little after your WOD, pick something you want to get better at, pick a small rep range and do a quick on the minute for 10 minutes.
