Wednesday 1.16.13 - No Excuses CrossFit

The gym will be closed next Monday and Tuesday as we will be moving some of the big ticket items over to the new space!! We will post WODs that you can do at home with no equipment for those days so you can still get your CrossFit on! Thank you guys for being patient in our transition!
