Test Day:

 “CrossFit Total”  

Establish a 1 RM of :  Back Squat, Shoulder Press, Deadlift. 

Score= Total of all 3 lifts.

Here is Sarah Conard hitting a deadlift.  Her goal is to reach the 300# club in the deadlift.  I am certain she can make it with a dedicated effort.
