It’s a great time of year to be an athlete at No Excuses!  Not only are we taking on the New Year, we are taking it on in our brand new gym!  I loved seeing all the smiles and faces of surprise as people came in yesterday.  If you haven’t been over yet, you better get to the gym today!  You won’t be disappointed.  We will be continuing to get things straightened up and cleaned up over the next few weeks to prepare for our “Re-Grand Opening” on February 9th.  Everyone did a great job breaking in the gym yesterday with their deadlifts and push-ups.  Let’s get after it today!

PALEO POTLUCK THIS SATURDAY!!  We are celebrating Ben and Blake’s birthdays and helping out our fellow Paleo Challengers this Saturday with a Paleo Potluck at 11 am at the gym. Come WOD at 9 or 10 and then chow down at 11 am. Bring your favorite paleo recipe (recipes should be grain, dairy, soy and sugar free!)
