We would like to introduce and welcome a new [future] CrossFitter to the No Excuses family!  Christina and Tyler welcomed Sophia Elizabeth into the world on Sunday October 28th.  Sophia weighed 6 lbs, 11 oz.  We hope to see Christina, Tyler and Sophia at the gym soon!  Congratulations on your sweet little girl, she is precious!  Birthday WOD in honor of Sophia coming soon!
