A huge thank you to all the volunteers from this past Sunday for helping us move some of the old gym over to the new gym. We are super excited to have this new place for you all!

This move is already turning up some pretty memorable stories like Ben loosing 16 (90#) flooring mats off the back of the truck in the middle of a busy intersection at hwy. 211…..then had to use CrossFit to drag them out of the road for time so that traffic could get by. Interestingly, no one stopped to help. Guess there were no Crossfitters in the cars. 🙂
