Now in my mid-40s, my energy level was decreasing while my waistline was increasing. I knew I needed to do something. Trying to exercise on my own didn’t work for me . . . it was boring and uncomfortable and I never stuck with it long enough to get any results. My co-workers had joined the Runfit program with trainer Karen Ward @ No Excuses Crossfit and they convinced me to give it a try. Having never worked out with any type of trainer or fitness program, I didn’t really know what to expect .
Five months later . . .I can’t believe how I look forward to each session, because it is always something different. The workouts are hard, but I always feel so good afterwards. Karen is so knowledgeable and really emphasizes the importance of proper form for performance efficiency and overall health. I have lost some weight and I’m amazed at how much stronger and energetic I feel. I can do sit-ups again, and push-ups for the first time Ever!
In this program, Karen pushes me to go farther than I ever would imagine possible . . . The physical benefits are amazing, and the emotional benefits are priceless!
