It’s been busy at No Excuses CrossFit the last six months. Whether you’re a current member, former member, or thinking about joining, I wanted to give you an update of what’s going on.

It’s been six months since we moved into No Excuses CrossFit 3.0.

This is the third location in the long history of the gym. We are now located off Brogdon Road near Suwanee Town Park at 4260 Creek Park Drive. The new spot is about 2 miles from the old location off of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road.

In December, we celebrated 14 years as a CrossFit Affiliate.

We are thankful for our current members and have everyone that has walked through our doors to make No Excuses CrossFit the success it has been for so many years. Thank you!

The CrossFit Open was the most fun it’s been in years.

We had the most people sign up for The Open at No Excuses CrossFit since 2019. Team AM won the gym’s in-house competition and now has a championship banner proudly hanging in the gym with each team member’s name on it.

In March, we released the Chalk It Pro app to our membership.

The app is complimentary with your No Excuses CrossFit membership and allows you to track your lifting maxes, scores to workouts, review previous scores from benchmark workouts, and give high fives to your workout buddies.

We have some fun things coming up at No Excuses CrossFit this summer.

Our annual Memorial Day Murph workout is always a great way to kick off the summer.

We’re planning on heading to the Gwinnett Stripers game at the end of July.

Our annual in-house competition, the Hugo Open is back for its 10th year at the end of August.
