How long have you been doing CrossFit?: Since 2012
How did you first discover CrossFit and what made you decide to start?: I wanted inspiration through fitness. I was on a 5 year hiatus. I missed the atmosphere and goals.
Tell us about your fitness/sports background: Played high school basketball. Love playing football. I will try anything and play anything competitive.
What sorts of positive changes (mental, physical, emotional) have you noticed in your life since getting involved at No Excuses?: Gives me the breather I need from mommy duties. I see myself again. Perseverance to reach my goals and enjoy the competition we give each other at the gym.
Who or what keeps you coming back and motivated?: I love working out!
In what other ways do you use your fitness?: To play sports with my kids, I still don’t let them win????

What advice do you have for someone just starting CrossFit or is on the fence about starting?: Keep coming to the classes and don’t give up on yourself.
What do you love most about No Excuses? The coaches and fellow members, you will always have a laugh, a little competition, and good solid hour of positivity.
