No Excuses CrossFit is excited to host a snatch and clean clinic on Saturday, January 13 and 20 from 10-11:30am. 

We will do the snatch clinic on January 13 and the clean clinic on January 20. Each clinic is designed to help you improve in both lifts, whether you are new to weightlifting or a long-time lifter. 

We will break down each movement into different pieces and teach you the why and how of the movement, so you have a better understanding of it. 

The cost is $25 for each clinic or you can register for both for $40. To make sure everyone gets the appropriate amount of coaching, we’re going to limit each clinic to 10 people. To register, go to one of the following links.
